The Valley Is Often Referred To As The 'Valley Of The Gods'. Old Manali Village Has An Ancient Temple Dedicated To Sage Manu.

    Start Our Journey from Ahmedabad for Pathankot

    Departure from Ahmedabad Railway station to Pathankot Railway Station.

    We will reach Pathankot railway station around 03:30 pm.
    Small briefing regarding your journey to Manali. Will Spend Some Time at Pathankot, after loading your luggage on your respective vehicles. You can have a free time to visit Pathankot market for refreshment. Dinner will be provided by us.

    Reach at Manali Hotel or Guest House at Manali
    After having rest and breakfast we visit Explore Surrounding Place which energies your body and you feel refreshed. At Evening Will Visit Sharvari Temple, Suru Temple by Jungle Walk In night campfire activity

    Day of Snow Trek

    After having breakfast we march towards the Snow trek. Your lunch will be packed with your belongings. Free Time at Evening.

    Visit Manali Mall road, Hadimba Devi Temple, Jogani Waterfall and Vashisht.

    Post Breakfast will Visit Jogini waterfall top Point and back to Vashisht temple and Bath Hot Water spring. Lunch and Visit Local Manali sightseeing and reached at night in camp and enjoy dinner with camp fire and music like party type.

    This day we have enjoy Most adventures activities in Manali like River rafting. At Evening will Visit Solang Valley, Rest of Time Will spent in Manali Mall Road and enjoys Shopping. Night Travelling  Will Move For Pathankot

    Departure for Pathankot to Ahmadabad by trains Travelling

    Arriving at Pathankot having refreshment at Railway Station and board our train to Ahmedabad from Pathankot railway station. Train will leave the platform at 10:55 am.

    We will reach Ahmedabad railway station around 03:00 pm in afternoon

MEDICAL FACILITIES                                                                                                                                 

Facilities for proper medical aid are available at every campsite throughout the trek. However those on special medication or with known drug allergies should bring their own necessary medications.


Our camp leaders will conduct routine health checks at all camps to measure oxygen saturation, BP. Camp leader reserves the right to exclude any trekker from climbing higher on the trek without refund if the trekker’s vital readings are below accepted norms for that altitude. These norms are available with our camp leaders. Your trek leader will also be carrying medical kit, which includes basic first aid and high-altitude sickness medicines and will be carrying a oxygen cylinder throughout the trek.Route change / postponement/ delay/ completing the trek earlier Under some extraordinary circumstance, your trek may end a day earlier or start a day later due to inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions or any other cause. In the event of a change, postponement or delay, participants have no right to refund of the trek or other compensation for any injury, loss or damage


‘Gujarat Adventure Club’ is not responsible for any loss/damage of your gears/equipment or other belongings on the trek.

DRINKING AND SMOKING                                                                                                                

Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited. Buying drugs or any illegal material is strictly prohibited; the participant will be detained and handed over to the government authority If Participant will be found having any type of Narcotic drugs, Alcoholic items, Tobacco items and Smoking items during these days, inside or outside the campsite area that will directly lead to cancellation of the participant and no refund will be paid

RULES AND REGULATIONS: (FOR PARTICIPANT)                                                                           

  • Participant will have to follow the instructions clearly and quietly given by the Instructors/Leaders.

  • Any Misbehave during the camp will lead to cancellation of the participant & participant may be ordered to leave the campsite/Trek at any time.

  • Sitting arrangements will be on rotation basis. Do not demand for group sitting arrangement during travelling. Your Camp Escort/Instructor will guide you for this and we need to cooperate with them.

  • Accommodation is based on sharing based. As per the situation, Accommodation may change and participants need to cooperate with Participants/Instructors.

  • Participants have to keep the Camp site area/Rooms/Tents neat and clean.
    Do not leave the Camp site area/Hotel/Trek without any permission from the Camp manager/Instructors..

PAYMENTS POLICY                                                                                                                            

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your destination, definitely before the commencement of the services.

Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment (Half Payment), based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.


If a Camp is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, curfew, decided by management team etc.), we will issue the full fees. Cancellation is on full fees Otherwise you can change your camp dates if it is possible by us.

The cancellation charges For National Camp / Tour:

  • Cancellations before to 90 days from the start of the journey – Full Refund.

  • Cancellation between 89 days and 48 days to start of the journey – 50% Refund.

  • Cancellation less than 47 days to the start of the journey – No Refund.
