Seat availability before payment is provisional and cannot be guaranteed. Final booking confirmation will be shared through the official booking voucher, invoice, WhatsApp or email. Any change in travel date, number of travellers, package option or other booking details after confirmation will be subject to availability and applicable charges.
Advance Payment Policy
An advance payment, as communicated at the time of booking, is required to reserve your seat. The booking will remain provisional until the advance payment is successfully received and verified. The remaining balance must be paid within the specified due date before the trip. Failure to complete the balance payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.

The complete balance payment must be paid within the due date communicated at the time of booking and, unless otherwise specified, before the scheduled departure of the trip. A booking with an outstanding balance after the payment deadline may be treated as incomplete and may be cancelled without further confirmation. Seats will be considered fully secured only after the applicable payment has been received and verified.

Travellers are expected to behave responsibly and respect the campsite, vehicles, activity equipment, natural environment, heritage locations, staff and other participants.
Any intentional or negligent damage caused to property, equipment or facilities may be charged to the responsible traveller.

Weather & Operational Changes:
Outdoor experiences are inherently dependent on weather and local conditions; suitable alternatives may be offered where an advertised activity cannot safely operate.
Third-Party Services:
Transportation, activities or other components may be provided through approved third-party service providers.
Emergency Decisions:
The trip leader may modify or stop any activity where continuing is reasonably considered unsafe.
Policy Acceptance:
Payment and participation in the trip constitute acceptance of the booking-specific policies communicated or displayed at the time of confirmation.
Policy Updates:
Policies may be updated from time to time. The terms communicated or applicable to the confirmed booking will govern that booking, subject to applicable law.

These terms are subject to applicable laws and consumer-protection requirements in India.
