Discover the untouched beauty of Spiti Valley, a mystical land nestled in the Trans-Himalayan region of Himachal Pradesh. Known as 'The Middle Land' between India and Tibet, Spiti is a high-altitude desert valley that captivates with its stark landscapes, ancient Buddhist monasteries, remote villages, and peaceful aura. Route: Ahmedabad → Delhi → Shimla → Narkanda → Kalpa → Tabo → Dhankar → Hikkim → Komic → Langza → Kaza → Key Monastery → Kibber → Chicham → Chandratal Lake → Manali → Delhi → Ahmedabad

Itinerary

Day 1–2 – Ahmedabad → Delhi → Shimla
  • Travel from Ahmedabad to Delhi, then onward towards Shimla and Narkanda.
Day 3–4 – Kalpa & Kinnaur Valley
  • Reach Kalpa — views of Kinner Kailash and Suicide Point. Explore the Kinnaur Valley.
Day 5–7 – Tabo, Dhankar, Kaza
  • Visit Tabo Monastery, Dhankar Monastery, then reach Kaza — the heart of Spiti.
Day 8–9 – Key, Kibber, Langza, Hikkim, Chicham
  • Key Monastery, Kibber, Langza fossil village, Hikkim (world's highest post office) and Chicham Bridge (Asia's highest suspension bridge).
Day 10 – Chandratal Lake
  • Camp near Chandratal Lake — the Moon Lake of Spiti — with stargazing.
Day 11–12 – Manali → Delhi → Ahmedabad
  • Return via Manali and Delhi back to Ahmedabad with unforgettable memories.

Terms & Conditions

Participant Rules & Regulation
  • Time Management & Punctuality: Participants must be punctual and follow all specified timings.
  • Code of Conduct: Follow instructions given by volunteers, guides, or instructors at all times.
  • Disciplinary Issues: Misbehaviour or arguing with staff is a serious matter and may lead to disciplinary action.
  • Termination: In case of violations or voluntary exit, the club may terminate participation. Club is not responsible for further services, return tickets, refunds, or safety in such cases.
  • Internal Disputes: The club is not responsible for disputes among participants during the tour.
Prohibition & Restrictions
  • Smoking, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and abusive language are strictly prohibited during the tour.
  • Any participant violating these will be treated as a suspect and their participation terminated immediately.
  • In case of violation, no further services (return tickets, refunds, assistance) will be provided.
Booking & Payments
  • Payments only via the official website portal (www.gujaratadventureclub.com) or in cash at registered offices.
  • No third-party portals, agents or apps are accepted.
  • Local & National tours: 50% advance. National Camps: 30% advance. Advance is non-refundable.
  • Enquiry & registration: 10 AM to 7 PM on all days except public holidays.
  • Website information is final and authoritative in case of any miscommunication.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to info.gujaratadventureclub@gmail.com and approved by the Senior Registration Manager.
  • Advance/token payment is non-refundable.
  • Before 35 days: full refund after deducting advance. 35–25 days: 75%. 25–15 days: 50%. 15–7 days: 25%. 7–4 days: 10%. Less than 4 days: no refund.
  • Transaction charges are not refundable. Refunds processed in 7–12 working days.
  • If cancelled by the club for its own reasons, a full refund is issued.
Transportation & Accommodation
  • Transport is arranged based on seat availability; no seating preferences are offered.
  • Separate accommodation & sanitary facilities are provided for girls and boys.
  • Jain & Swaminarayan food available at campsite; non-veg is not allowed. Pre-decided menu, no customization.
  • Participants must inspect rooms/tents at check-in/out and bear cost of any damage or missing items.
Medical & Safety
  • Basic first-aid is provided at all camps and treks.
  • In a medical emergency, the club will contact the participant's emergency number and arrange the best available treatment.
  • Participants bear the cost of medical treatment, transport to facilities and related expenses.
  • Trekking requires basic physical fitness; instructors may stop a participant if unfit to continue.
Declaration
  • I am participating in this Adventure & Trekking Camp with proper medical advice, on my own will and risk.
  • I am solely responsible for any injury or accident (minor/fatal) during the camp.
  • Gujarat Adventure Club is not responsible for such incidents. I understand the risks from wild animals and nearby water bodies, and I agree to all Terms & Conditions.
