Manali Is A Valley Nestled In The Mountains Of The Indian State Of Himachal Pradesh Near The Northern End Of The Kullu Valley, At An Altitude Of 2,050 M (6,726 Ft.) In The Beas River Valley. It Is Located In The Kullu District, About 270 Km (168 Mi.) North of the State Capital, Shimla, 309 Km (192 Miles) Northeast Of Chandigarh And 544 Km (338 Miles) Northeast Of Delhi, the Federal Capital. The Small Town, With A Population Of 8,096, Is The Beginning Of An Ancient Trade Route To Ladakh And From  There  Over  The Karakoram Pass On To Yarkand And Khotan In The Tarim Basin. It Is A Popular Tourist Destination and Serves As the Gateway to Lahaul & Spiti District As Well As Leh.

Manali Is Named After The Sanatan Hindu Lawgiver Manu. The Name Manali Is Regarded As The Derivative Of 'Manu-Alaya' Which Literally Means 'The Abode Of Manu'. Legend Has It That Sage Manu Stepped Off His Ark In Manali To Recreate Human Life After A Great Flood Had Deluged The World. Manali Lies In The North Of Kullu Valley. The Valley Is Often Referred To As The 'Valley Of The Gods'. Old Manali Village Has An Ancient Temple Dedicated To Sage Manu.

    We will reach Delhi / Pathankot railway station 
    Small briefing regarding your journey to Manali. Will Spend Some Time at Delhi / Pathankot, after loading your Luggage on your respective vehicles. You can have a free time to visit Pathankot market for refreshment. Dinner will be Provided by us.

    Early morning reach at Manali. Some Rest / Small Trek

    We will reach Manali in early morning. After having breakfast we will enjoy our  leisure time and will have lunch. Zip line / River Crossing activities and Monastery  trek will be done in the evening.

    Day of Sightseeing

    We will wake up early in the morning and will do some exercise for boosting  energy. After having breakfast we will go for Jogini waterfall trek which is totally  optional. If you don’t want to go for trek you can spend your time at Manali Market.  At jogini waterfall you can enjoy packed lunch with beautiful mountains and water-  fall. You can capture the beautiful moments and make the memories with your  loved ones. After completing trek we will go for local sightseeing of Manali which  includes Hadimba Temple, Vashishth Temple and Manali Market. From market  you can purchase winter wears and other things for your loved ones. After lots of  shopping and memories we will return to the camp and have delicious dinner.

    Adventure Day

    After having breakfast will go for the thrilling activities like Paragliding and River  Rafting. You can also do Nature Photography at River Bank. We will end our day  with Garba and Campfire.

    Solang Valley Sightseeing

    After having breakfast we will departure for most beautiful place of Himachal –  Solang Valley, where you can capture the fascinating landscape, blue skies and  magnificent mountains. After visiting this beautiful place we will departure to Delhi/Pathankot

MEDICAL FACILITIES                                                                                                                                 

Facilities for proper medical aid are available at every campsite throughout the trek. However those on special medication or with known drug allergies should bring their own necessary medications.


Our camp leaders will conduct routine health checks at all camps to measure oxygen saturation, BP. Camp leader reserves the right to exclude any trekker from climbing higher on the trek without refund if the trekker’s vital readings are below accepted norms for that altitude. These norms are available with our camp leaders. Your trek leader will also be carrying medical kit, which includes basic first aid and high-altitude sickness medicines and will be carrying a oxygen cylinder throughout the trek.Route change / postponement/ delay/ completing the trek earlier Under some extraordinary circumstance, your trek may end a day earlier or start a day later due to inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions or any other cause. In the event of a change, postponement or delay, participants have no right to refund of the trek or other compensation for any injury, loss or damage


‘Gujarat Adventure Club’ is not responsible for any loss/damage of your gears/equipment or other belongings on the trek.

DRINKING AND SMOKING                                                                                                                

Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited. Buying drugs or any illegal material is strictly prohibited; the participant will be detained and handed over to the government authority If Participant will be found having any type of Narcotic drugs, Alcoholic items, Tobacco items and Smoking items during these days, inside or outside the campsite area that will directly lead to cancellation of the participant and no refund will be paid

RULES AND REGULATIONS: (FOR PARTICIPANT)                                                                           

  • Participant will have to follow the instructions clearly and quietly given by the Instructors/Leaders.

  • Any Misbehave during the camp will lead to cancellation of the participant & participant may be ordered to leave the campsite/Trek at any time.

  • Sitting arrangements will be on rotation basis. Do not demand for group sitting arrangement during travelling. Your Camp Escort/Instructor will guide you for this and we need to cooperate with them.

  • Accommodation is based on sharing based. As per the situation, Accommodation may change and participants need to cooperate with Participants/Instructors.

  • Participants have to keep the Camp site area/Rooms/Tents neat and clean.
    Do not leave the Camp site area/Hotel/Trek without any permission from the Camp manager/Instructors..

PAYMENTS POLICY                                                                                                                            

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your destination, definitely before the commencement of the services.

Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment (Half Payment), based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.


If a Camp is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, curfew, decided by management team etc.), we will issue the full fees. Cancellation is on full fees Otherwise you can change your camp dates if it is possible by us.

The cancellation charges For National Camp / Tour:

  • Cancellations before to 90 days from the start of the journey – Full Refund.

  • Cancellation between 89 days and 48 days to start of the journey – 50% Refund.

  • Cancellation less than 47 days to the start of the journey – No Refund.
