lot of popularity for its adventure activities and sightseeing opportunities. Featuring incredibly surreal vistas, Spiti Valley is packed with many stunning destinations including Chandra Taal, Pin Valley National Park, Dhankar Monastery, Kibber, Kaza, Lahaul Valley, and Kanzum Pass. Offering visitors, the chance to hike, camp, raft, and hike, this destination has everything it takes to satisfy the wanderlust souls.

Itinary

  • 1
    Delhi to Shimla
    • OVERNIGHT JOURNEY
    • The group assembles at the pick-up point by 06:00 PM.
    • We'll meet the team captains and a small tour briefing would also be provided.
    • After which, we’ll head out on an overnight journey to SHIMLA.
  • 2
    Shimla to Chitkul
    • We will reach Shimla in the morning.
    • After making a brief pitstop in Shimla, we'll head towards Chitkul. Upon reaching Chitkul, we'll check into our hotels.
    • Dinner and group bonding activities followed by an overnight stay in Chitkul.
  • 3
    Chitkul to Kalpa
    • After early morning breakfast, we will head towards Kalpa.
    • Upon reaching Kalpa, we will check into our designated hotels and have some leisure time.
    • Sightseeing tour followed by dinner and overnight stay in Kalpa
  • 4
    Kalpa to Dhankar
    • Post breakfast, we will head towards Dhankar.
    • En-route, we will make a brief stop at Nako village, Tabo monastery and the confluence of the Spiti and Pin river.
    • Post-check-in, dinnerwill be served followed by an overnight stay in Dhankar.

    Dhankar to Kaza
    • After an early morning breakfast, the group will be heading towards Kaza. En-route, we will visitMudh Village for a sightseeing tour.
    • We will reach Kaza by late evening and check in to our hotels for some much needed rest.
    • Local sightseeing and cafe hopping in Kaza market.
    • Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Kaza.
  • 6
    Spiti Sightseeing
    • Post breakfast, we’ll start our Spiti sightseeing tour.
    • We will visit the Key Monastery, the Chicham Bridge(Asia’s Highest Bridge)and Hikkim (the highest post office in the world).
    • After that, we’ll move towards Komic village (one of the highest villages in the world located at an altitude of 4600 meters).
    • We’ll also visit Langza and see the iconic Buddha statue.
    • Finally, we’ll head back to Kaza where we will have dinner followed by an overnight stay in Kaza.
  • 7
    Kaza to Batal / Chandratal
    • After an early morning breakfast, we will head to Chandratal or Batal. Midway,we'll visit the Kunzum Pass for a sightseeing tour.
    • Post-check-in, dinner will be served followedby an overnight stay in Chandra Taal.
    • *Staying in Chandra Taal totally depends on weather conditions.

    Batal / Chandratal to Manali
    • Breakfast will be served in the morning before we start our return journey. En-route, we'llbe passing through the iconic Rohtang Pass.
    • We'll reach Manali by the evening and check into our respective hotel rooms. Dinnerwill be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay in Manali

    Manali Leisure Day
    • Post breakfast, the group will enjoy a Leisure Day at Manali.
    • The travelers are advised to spend their time by going for cafe hopping, market shopping, local sightseeing, and more.
    • Later in the evening,we will take an overnight bus from Manali to Delhi.

Inclusion

  • Transportation in Tempo Traveler from Shimla to Manali.
  • Bus tickets from Delhi to Delhi.
  • Accommodations on sharing basis as per itinerary.

  • Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation.
  • Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
  • Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural calamities.
  • Any other services not specified above in inclusions.

Payment Policy

  • 16 days or more from the date of departure : 50% of the tour cost to be paid. 15 days from the day of departure: 100% of the tour cost to be paid.
  • Any flight bookings, shall be paid 100% in advance.
  • Payments by credit card incur an extra handling fees (as charged by the payment gateways)-2.5% for Indian credit cards
  • 4.5% for international credit cards-over the invoiced amount.

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations will be taken over the call or WhatsApp message. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
  • Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)
  • If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
  • There would be no refund provided in case there occur some problems due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving onto that.There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.
  • If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike,bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
  • If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike,bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provid-ed.
  • Gujarat Adventure Club will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike,bandh, etc.).
  • Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.

Terms and Condition

  • Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned herein.
  • Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered. All extras are to be paid directly to the hotels/the service providers.
  • Please stick to itinerary, anything extra shall be chargeable (at the location itself.) Any service unused is non-refundable.
  • The company shall not be liable for damages/charges incurred by travelers if any of the following reasons apply:
  • Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and alteration or cancellation of tour itinerary due to such causes.
  • Accidents during transportation or accommodations, damage by fire.
  • Orders of either Indian governments or immigration regulations, isolation resulting from infectious diseases, and tour itinerary alteration or cancellation owing to such causes.
  • Accidents occurring during the travelers free activities. Food poisoning.
  • Theft
